Plans and your free trial
Chiefy has two plans: Free and Pro. The Free plan covers the essentials at no cost, forever. Pro unlocks everything, and every new Pro subscriber starts with a 14-day free trial.
Chiefy comes in two plans. The Free plan gives you the core features with monthly limits, and you can stay on it as long as you like. Pro removes the limits and unlocks the full feature set — and if you’re new, your first 14 days of Pro are free.
The two plans
Here’s what each plan includes.
Free is built to get you going at no cost:
- Smart Drafts — up to 5 drafts a month, written in your voice
- Smart Summaries — up to 10 summaries a month for threads and emails
- Ask Chiefy — limited access to chat about your email
- Auto Labels — basic sorting so your inbox stays organized
Pro removes the limits and opens up everything:
- Smart Drafts — unlimited
- Smart Summaries — unlimited
- Ask Chiefy — full access
- Auto Labels — full sorting
- Calendar Integration — scheduling and calendar context inside your drafts
- Priority support — faster help when you need it

Included Features
Your 14-day free trial
Every new Pro subscriber starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can use the full Pro feature set before you pay anything.
A few things to know:
- The trial is one-time per account. Once you’ve used it, future upgrades start billing right away.
- You add a payment method up front when you start the trial. You’re not charged until the 14 days are up.
- If you cancel before the trial ends, you won’t be charged.
- If the trial ends and there’s no valid payment method on file, your subscription pauses automatically — it won’t quietly start billing a card that isn’t there.
Pro plans are billed monthly or yearly. Yearly is usually the cheaper option per month — you can compare both at checkout.
Starting on Free
You don’t have to choose Pro to use Chiefy. The Free plan works indefinitely with its monthly limits, so you can settle in at your own pace.
When you’re ready for more, you can upgrade to Pro at any time. If you’ve never used your free trial, you’ll be offered it the first time you upgrade — so your first 14 days of Pro are still free.
Changing or canceling
You can move between plans whenever you like. To upgrade, downgrade, or cancel, see Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. For receipts and billing history, see Payments and invoices.
